What you'll find here

Built for families during treatment.

Three things, designed to keep you informed and prepared without ever crossing the lines that protect your loved one’s recovery.

A weekly update from your loved one's therapist

A short, structured summary every week — how they’re showing up, what phase they’re in, and what to expect. Calm and clear. Raw clinical notes never leave the therapy room.

A guided family curriculum

Video lessons, journals, and short quizzes that walk you through how addiction actually works, how to set boundaries that hold, and how to support recovery without sabotaging it.

Alerts when something needs your attention

If something changes that you should know about — a missed session, a behavior concern — the system surfaces it. No constant pings. Just the things that matter.

The family curriculum

A learning path designed for you, not just for clinicians.

Baja Rehab’s family curriculum is video-led, honest, and paced for real life. Watch when you can. Pause when you need to. Come back when you’re ready. The lessons walk you through addiction, recovery, and what your role in it actually is.

Every lesson ends with a quiz, a private journal prompt, and a few myths-vs-facts cards — small, low-pressure ways to make sure what you watched actually stuck.

Each chapter combines video, reflection, and verification — so the learning lands.

Inside every lesson

Four parts. Designed so the work feels light, not heavy.

01

A short video lesson

Documentary-style, 14–16 minutes. Watch on your phone, on your couch, or in the kitchen at the end of the day. Pause and come back any time.

02

A quiz to lock it in

A few multiple-choice questions, with a short explanation after each one. Retake if you want — there’s no time limit.

03

A private journal

A couple of reflection prompts at the end of each lesson. Your entries are yours alone — they’re never shared with the clinic.

04

Myths vs. facts

Each chapter walks through the most common misconceptions about addiction, side-by-side with the real science. Tap the card to reveal the truth.

How to get started

Three small steps. Most families start the first lesson tonight.

  1. 1

Ask your counselor for an access code

Your counselor at Baja Rehab sends you a 6-character code by email. One per family member.

  2. 2

Sign up in under a minute

Enter the code on the sign-up page. Choose email/password or use Google. Done.

  3. 3

    Start the first lesson

Open Chapter 1, watch the first video, take the quick quiz, write a few lines in your journal. The rest of the curriculum is right there when you're ready.
